  • PRN Job Overview Home Therapy Innovations (HTI) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team.
We are a dedicated and growing home health contracting company that partners with agencies to provide top-tier rehabilitative care to patients in their homes. Our mission is to ensure patients achieve their highest functional potential in the comfort of their home environment. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical standards. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality and continuity of care. Travel to patients' homes within designated service areas. Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment protocols and home exercise programs. Requirements Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Current CPR certification. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Must carry liability insurance. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
