Job Responsibilities :

This is a home health position for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). The PTA is responsible for following the Plan of Care and implementing interventions based on the POC and goals. PTA will be responsible for maintaining contact with the supervisers while coordinating care between patient and POC. The PTA will manage their own schedule and drive to patients throughout the day. Qualifications :

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program. Current Florida State License as a Physical Therapy Assistant Current Florida Driver's License, registration, and auto insurance.
