Position Details Compensation:

Flat rate of $55 per visit

Independent Contractor Schedule Flexibility:

Accept as many or as few visits as desired

Preferred Availability:

Applicants able to complete 20+ visits per week are strongly preferred Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist Document patient progress accurately and timely Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff Travel to patient homes within the Venice and North Port service areas Qualifications Current Florida PTA license in good standing Home health experience preferred, but not required Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently Why Join Us?
