FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Venice, Florida is actively expanding and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on treatment, teamwork, and helping patients restore confidence in their movement. This is not a high-volume therapy mill. Our approach is centered on focused care, strong collaboration with Physical Therapists, and delivering measurable patient outcomes. Immediate opening — interviews are currently in progress. What You Can Expect in This Role Patient Schedule & Clinical Focus Approximately 12 patient visits per day Dedicated time for individualized treatment planning Ongoing collaboration with experienced Physical Therapists Clinic Technology & Support AI-assisted documentation to reduce after-hours work Advanced equipment for vestibular and balance rehabilitation Streamlined clinic systems to support efficient workflows

Compensation Structure Base Pay:

$26•$33 per hour (depending on experience)

Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus:

Eligible to earn up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and established metrics Estimated Annual Earnings with

Consistent Bonus Achievement:

$66,080•$80,640 annually ($31.75•$38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent bonus performance
