Chiropractic Therapy Assistant

In this vital role, you will support chiropractors by providing exceptional patient service, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others achieve their health goals. Office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:30a-6:30p with lunch from 1-2p. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with intake procedures to ensure accurate documentation. Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for chiropractic procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization. Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and therapies by positioning patients and applying therapeutic modalities under supervision. Supervise patients while they are performing therapeutic exercises. Manage patient records accurately, update charts, and document treatment details in compliance with healthcare regulations. Support clinic operations by scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and coordinating follow-up visits. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and assisting with inventory management of supplies. Some travel may be required. Other duties as required. Skills Strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient service and care with a positive attitude. Ability to communicate with the chiropractor and follow doctors orders Previous experience in therapy/clinic settings, especially in chiropractic, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to work cooperatively with the doctor. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings. Spanish speaking is a plus.
