Apollo Performance Physical Therapy LLC is a growing private physical therapy company owned by Dr. Brittany Wallace. We are staffed with physical therapist, stretch therapist, licensed massage therapist and personal trainer. Apollo provides in-depth, one on one tailored sessions to our clients that includes manual therapy, corrective exercise, and rehabilitation plans. Our client relationships are of the utmost importance to us, and we are adamant about maintaining assistance and communication during the times they are not with us via home exercise programs and regular check-ins. Our goal is to get our clients pain free, whether it be during work, sports, or general daily tasks. We teach our clients that they are in control of their pain!
Who You Are:
Apollo Performance Physical Therapy is seeking an office assistant with a diverse skill set! The office assistant will be in charge of lead and client communication (phone calls, texts, etc), scheduling, note-taking, home exercise program organization, social media engagement, and general marketing tasks. This position is starting at part-time, with the opportunity to become full-time. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly, be tech savvy, and have an outgoing personality with an exceptional ability to communicate with all kinds of individuals. Experience in the medical, health, or fitness fields is a plus! Daily Tasks
  • Set up/clean up offices and equipment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients while they are in the waiting area
  • Check in with clients via text message
  • Answer phone and questions regarding sessions, pricing, etc
  • Schedule clients (new and recurring) and navigate our PowerDiary software
  • Organize and send out Home Exercise Programs to clients when necessary
