• 35/hour , based on experience Performance-based bonuses Generous PTO Monthly healthcare stipend Student loan repayment assistance Continuing education support Freedom to influence clinic culture, workflows, and patient experience Support from a trusted national brand with local flexibility Positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment What You'll Be Doing Implementing treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist Providing high-quality outpatient physical therapy services Monitoring patient progress and communicating updates to the supervising PT Helping shape clinic workflows, culture, and patient experience Ensuring timely and accurate documentation Collaborating with team members to support clinic growth Educating patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies Building strong relationships with patients to support successful outcomes What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Georgia (or in the final stages of licensure) Interest in professional growth, leadership, and clinic development Pelvic health experience or interest is a plus Self-motivated clinician who takes pride in patient outcomes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Desire to help create a high-performing, patient-centered clinic culture Why FYZICAL Cumming?
