Responsibilities:

PTA- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans PT- Evaluate and create POC for patients Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant/Physical Therapist program Active PTA/PT license (or eligibility) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is a plus
