Join a woman-owned and woman-managed , specialty-driven outpatient clinic in an exciting growth phase , where your contributions matter. Work alongside skilled PTs treating diverse populations including pediatric, adult, pelvic health, aquatics, and dry needling patients. Build a weekly schedule that fits your life — from 4x10s to early-out Fridays, with optional Saturday shifts.
What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of licensed PTs Assist in delivering therapy programs across specialties: pelvic health, aquatics, pediatrics Support colleagues in a collaborative, growth-focused culture Collaborate with PTs, OT, SLP, and ABA teams for coordinated care Document treatments in a supportive environment with flexible windows Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and executing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and physiotherapy interventions to reduce pain and improve mobility. Monitor patient progress, document responses to treatment, and communicate updates to the supervising therapist. Support discharge planning by preparing patients for transition to home or other care settings through education and exercise instruction. Conduct patient care activities across various settings including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, home health visits, and skilled nursing facilities.

What We're Looking For:
Licensed PTA in Georgia 2+ years clinical experience preferred Assistants excited to grow skills, support patients, and contribute to clinic programs Proficiency in physiotherapy techniques including trigger point therapy and other manual therapy methods. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and specific conditions such as orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and acute care. Experience working in inpatient settings, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics or home health environments. Ability to develop and follow detailed care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Excellent communication skills for effective discharge planning and patient education. Familiarity with outpatient therapy practices and clinic workflows. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within healthcare teams.
