Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist Spanish and English Coweta Chiropractic - Auto Injury & Wellness Center Newnan, GA Spanish is needed Position Overview Coweta Chiropractic - Auto Injury & Wellness Center is seeking a professional, organized, and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. We specialize in treating patients involved in auto accidents, slip and fall injuries, workers' compensation cases, and disc-related conditions. This position plays a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call to the final visit. Key Responsibilities Spanish is needed Front Desk & Administrative Duties Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service Answer and manage multi-line phone system Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations Assist with personal injury and workers' compensation case documentation Maintain accurate patient records in EHR system Collect co-pays and balances Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office communications Clinical Assistance Prepare treatment rooms and equipment Assist doctors with therapies including: Spinal decompression/traction EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) Therapeutic modalities Guide patients through prescribed therapies Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas Ensure compliance with safety and HIPAA regulations Qualifications Previous chiropractic, medical office, or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Skills & Attributes Compassionate and patient-focused Dependable and punctual Team-oriented with a positive attitude Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism Schedule Full-time (Monday-Thursdays) 9:00am-1:00pm/3:00pm-7:00pm Occasional flexibility required Compensation Spanish is needed Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training Growth opportunities within the practice
