Overview We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This vital role involves supporting clinical operations, assisting patients, and ensuring smooth clinic workflows. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient service and care. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in both English and Spanish, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Conduct patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and verifying insurance information. Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and support clinical assessments. Maintain accurate documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Support chiropractors with basic procedures, including X-ray preparation and assisting during examinations. Manage administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, patient reminders and therapies. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, explaining procedures, and fostering trust. Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse patient populations. Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within chiropractic clinics or related medical environments. Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, to accurately document patient information. Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support practices. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in intake processes and documentation. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced outpatient clinic settings while maintaining professionalism. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
