Chiropractic Assistant

This is a high-impact position for someone who is driven, people-focused, organized, and confident communicating to patients. You will be one of the primary touchpoints in a patient's journey, helping guide them from pain to progress to long-term wellness. This job requires no previous training, but will require someone willing to put in the effort to train and learn. What You'll Be Doing As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will: Lead new patient consultations , building trust and uncovering their health goals Perform re-exams and progress evaluations , tracking results and communicating clearly with the doctors Present progress reports and care recommendations , helping patients understand their results and commit to their next phase of care Assist with digital X-rays , ensuring accuracy, safety, and proper documentation Support front desk operations , including scheduling, check-ins, and patient communication Maintain organized and accurate patient records , billing, and documentation Deliver an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks in the door Collaborate closely with the team to keep energy high, systems tight, and patients winning Call potential patients and book them for new patient appointments. Assist in finding external events, sign up for those events and work the events, signing people up for new patient appointments along side the remainder of the team. Who We're Looking For This role is perfect for someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Has strong communication and people skills Is confident in educating and guiding patients toward care decisions (sales experience is a huge plus) Is detail-oriented and organized Brings a positive, coachable, team-first attitude Has experience in healthcare or chiropractic (preferred, not required) Is flexible and ready to grow with a rapidly evolving practice Bonus points if you speak Spanish.

Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:

7:30 AM-12:30 PM & 2:30 PM-6:30

PM Tuesday:

7:30 AM-1:30 PM Occasional Thursday evenings & weekends for community events (1x/month MAX ) Compensation Starting at $18/hour 90-day performance review with opportunity for raise Why Relentless?
