We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about serving people. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with patients, and is interested in supporting both office operations and marketing/community outreach . This position is intended for individuals available for full-time, long-term growth with the practice . Who You're Committed to Being An organized, reliable team member who can multitask with confidence A collaborator who helps create a positive, team-oriented environment An enthusiastic, calm presence—even under pressure A proactive problem solver who can think on their feet and anticipate needs A strong verbal communicator with excellent attention to detail A service-oriented individual who leads with empathy and professionalism Someone who can easily build rapport with children, expectant mothers, and older adults What You'll Own (Alongside Our CA Team) New patient intake and onboarding Assisting with patient evaluations, including X-rays Patient education and flow coordination Front desk and reception duties Billing and financial conversations Incoming and outgoing phone calls Sales conversations rooted in trust and service Marketing events, workshops, and in-office promotions Community outreach initiatives and event coordination Marketing & Outreach Support This role includes hands-on involvement with: Community events and external outreach In-office marketing execution Event setup, coordination, and follow-up Supporting practice growth through connection, communication, and consistency (Formal marketing experience is not required—interest, initiative, and follow-through are.) Experience You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of customer service experience with a strong performance history Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Strong communication skills, including the ability to de-escalate high-intensity situations Excellent problem-solving and process-oriented thinking Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Strong memory, organization, and attention to detail A Quick Note This is not your typical health and wellness office.
