Join Our Growing Home Health Team Are you looking for a career that gives you the flexibility to create your own schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of your patients? At Malama Maika'i Health and Wellness Alliance,, we believe some of the most important care happens in the home. We're seeking compassionate Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who are passionate about helping patients regain strength, improve mobility, and maintain their independence where they are most comfortable.
Whether you're looking to supplement your current caseload or build a larger patient base over time, we offer the flexibility to work around your availability while providing the support and resources needed to succeed. Pay Physical Therapist can earn between $70-$75 PRN Physical Therapist Assistants can earn between $50-$55 PRN Position Type PRN / Per Diem Flexible scheduling based on your availability Opportunities for additional visits and caseload growth Competitive compensation Responsibilities Complete physical therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge visits Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide gait training, balance training, and fall-prevention interventions Implement therapeutic exercise programs Perform transfer training and mobility training Assist patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, stroke, and hospitalization Conduct home safety assessments Recommend assistive devices and durable medical equipment when appropriate Educate patients and caregivers regarding mobility, safety, and home exercise programs Collaborate with nurses, physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Equipment Provided Company-issued clinician bag Company-issued tablet for documentation, scheduling, and patient care management Requirements Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check Current TB clearance (TB test or chest X-ray, as applicable) Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance Strong assessment and communication skills Home health experience preferred, but not required Why Join Us?
