Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service Answer phones and schedule appointments Open and close the office Verify insurance benefits Collect payments and maintain patient records Keep the office and exam rooms organized and clean Assist with newsletters, social media, and marketing Order supplies and work with vendors Promote wellness products and supplements Support office events and other day-to-day operations Qualifications High school diploma required Chiropractic office experience preferred (or experience as a chiropractic patient) Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic Passion for health and wellness Social media skills required Sales experience is a plus CPT/ICD coding knowledge is a bonus What We Offer Monday-Thursday work week Positive, smoke-free workplace Immediate family chiropractic care Group benefits are available for full-time employees Opportunity to grow from part-time into a full-time Office Manager position We're looking for someone seeking a long-term career who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients.
