Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice. This position requires a strong understanding of patient service, anatomy, and medical terminology, as well as the ability to assess patient needs effectively. Responsibilities Checking Patients out, scheduling appointments and taking payments. Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment Assist with patient intake, including collecting medical history and relevant information Conduct preliminary patient assessments to gather vital signs and other necessary data Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards Educate patients about treatment plans and procedures, addressing any questions or concerns Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies Support the chiropractor during patient treatments by providing assistance as needed Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently Skills Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathy and communication Knowledge of physiology and anatomy to assist in patient assessments effectively Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care Ability to conduct thorough intake processes for new patients Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage appointments A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting within a clinical environment Front Desk or Medical Experience Required Join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant where your contributions will directly impact the health and well-being of our patients.
