Job Description

Chiropractic Assistant/Exercise Therapist Duties:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Open and close the clinic properly
  • Assist with patient flow/transferring patients to correct rooms in office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Charging patients correctly and looking into insurance benefits
  • Provide accurate information to guests regarding inquiries about the company or services/assist in patient education
  • Manage providers calendars/patient appointments appropriately
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying/correctly handle and record patient records
  • Perform passive modalities on patients when needed/assist doctors with patient care and muscle work when needed
  • Work well with the team to ensure patient and doctor satisfaction and smooth operations
  • Other assignable tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show a genuine care for helping others/be a team player
  • Proficient in using phone systems/computers and other office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Ability to learn efficiently & adapt to a growing clinic This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and has strong organizational skills.
