This position requires supporting chiropractors and clinical staff with daily patient care, clinic operations, and front/back office duties. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Required Availability & Schedule:
The candidate must be willing to travel between our locations and work the following schedule (schedule may vary) Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00

Key Responsibilities:
Assist chiropractors during patient treatments and procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sanitization Escort patients and provide excellent customer service Perform basic therapies (training provided, if applicable) Take and record patient vitals and clinical notes as directed Support front desk operations including scheduling and check-in/check-out Maintain clinic organization, cleanliness, and supply inventory Communicate effectively with providers, staff, and patients
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Healthcare Aide preferred (but not required) Must understand and know medical terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a clinical setting Willing to learn and stand for a long hours. Dependable transportation (Required) Professional appearance and positive attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
