Physical Therapist Assistant (Home Health) Chicago, IL 60615 $30 an hour - Temporary, Part-time, Full-time, PRN, Contract, Per diem $30 an hour - Temporary, Part-time, Full-time, PRN, Contract, Per diem About the Role MyHomeNurses (MHN) is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing home health team in the Chicago area. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who enjoys flexible scheduling and providing meaningful one-on-one care directly in patients' homes. We are a home health agency focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards and a supportive team culture. What You'll Do As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to support patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence. Daily responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, patient education, and documenting care provided. You will also communicate patient progress or changes with the supervising Physical Therapist and support the care team in achieving positive outcomes. What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the State of Illinois Graduate of an accredited PTA program Current CPR certification At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred Strong communication and time management skills Comfortable working independently in a home health setting Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule & Pay PRN / Per Diem with flexible scheduling based on patient needs and availability $30 per hour Why Join MHN Flexible work schedule One-on-one patient care environment Supportive clinical supervision Opportunity to grow within a developing home health team
