Functional Therapy:

Our patient population (WC/PI) benefits from high-level strengthening and functional training.

Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans for Workers' Comp and Personal Injury patients. Maintain high-quality documentation for legal and case management review (The "Product" of PI care). Communicate effectively with attorneys and case managers.

Requirements:

Active Illinois PTA License. Experience in Workers' Comp or Personal Injury preferred

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
