How you'll contribute Implements treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities. Seeks consultation as necessary. Monitors patient's responses to the treatment plan. Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revisions to the physical therapist. Documents services provided and patient response/progress. Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits. Assists with patient discharge planning. Qualifications and requirements:

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Previous experience in the care of patients preferred. Current BLS/CPR Department/Unit Summary We have a fantastic team that works closely with our two physiatrists, ensuring seamless and comprehensive patient care. Our large group of Clinical Liaisons provides essential support to help patients get up and running. Our PCA program is a major selling point for candidates, offering support for licensure costs and job-related requirements. Our rehab unit is CARF accredited, and our hospital holds comprehensive stroke accreditation through DNV, allowing us to handle a wide range of complex cases.
