What You'll Do:

Provide hands-on therapy based on care plans developed by the Physical Therapist Support residents with mobility training, strengthening, and balance exercises Assist with safe transfers and proper use of assistive devices Track patient performance and communicate updates to the therapy team Maintain accurate and timely documentation
