Responsibilities Provide physical therapy under Plan of Treatment established by PT. Consult and communicated with PT as needed. Improves or minimizes residual physical disabilities of the patient. Returns the individual to optimum and productive living within the patient's capabilities Required skills and qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current state of Illinois license 2+ years of experience preferred Strong independent judgment and clinical skills Pay range and compensation package Several compensation packages are available based on full time, part time, PRN position.
