Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Previous hospital-based or healthcare rehabilitation experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient motivation and education Adherence to the APTA Code of Ethics and all relevant local/statePTA Practice Acts Key Responsibilities:
Carry out physical therapy interventions under PT supervision, ensuring patient safety and comfort Apply diverse manual techniques, equipment, and modalities for effective care Document patient progress according to facility protocols and third-party requirements Deliver individualized patient and caregiver education Adapt treatment to patient progress and communicate updates to supervising PT Assist with maintenance of a clean, organized environment and collaborate with other care staffExceptional Benefits and Travel Perks:
