What You'll Be Doing As a PTA here, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and supporting patient outcomes. Implement treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist with precision and consistency Guide patients through exercises and interventions to drive real progress Educate and motivate patients, so they stay engaged in their recovery Track and document progress accurately using EMR systems Collaborate closely with PTs to adjust care based on patient response Contribute to a strong team culture through communication and team meetings Follow optimized billing practices while maintaining ethical and legal standards Who Thrives Here This role is a strong fit if you are: Experienced in outpatient care or eager to build that skillset Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where patients are active and engaged A team player who communicates well and supports others Interested in manual therapy and advanced treatment approaches Open to learning and growing, especially in pelvic floor exposure (preferred but not required) New grads are welcome. 8 am to 6 pm

Friday:

8 am to 5 pm No on-call expectations

Compensation and Benefits Compensation:
