What You'll Be Doing Implement treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist with consistency and attention to detail. Guide patients through exercises and interventions that support real functional progress. Educate and motivate patients throughout their recovery process. Document patient progress accurately within EMR systems. Collaborate closely with PTs regarding patient response and progression. Support a positive clinic culture through teamwork, communication, and team meetings. Maintain ethical, legal, and optimized billing practices. Thursday:
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Friday:
