This PTA will work with a diverse population, addressing their unique therapeutic needs. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments to residents in a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.
