Adjunct Faculty for Physical Therapy University of Indianapolis - 4.1 Indianapolis, IN Job Details Part-time 5 hours ago Benefits Free parking Qualifications Lecture-based instruction Physical Therapy Mid-level Master's degree Doctor of Physical Therapy Associate's degree Classroom Teaching Teaching Physical therapy Full Job Description Job Description The Krannert School of Physical Therapy at the University of Indianapolis invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach in the Doctor of Physical Therapy and/or the Physical Therapist Assistant programs. Opportunities exist to assist with a variety of courses across the curricula in both programs. Individuals with experience/teaching interests in any area of physical therapy are welcome to apply. Time commitment will vary by content area and applicant availability. To teach in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program, applicants must possess a Doctorate (DPT, DHSc, etc.) or Master's degree with evidence of clinical expertise in a content area and must be eligible for licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Indiana if teaching in clinical skills related courses. To teach in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program, applicants must be eligible for licensure as a physical therapist assistant or physical therapist in the state of Indiana and must have at least a Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree with evidence of expertise in one or more content areas. As a part of this application, applicants will be asked to submit a curriculum vitae or resume, a cover letter, an unofficial transcript, and contact information for three professional references. Responsibilities Lecturing, lab assisting, course coordinating, and/or providing other classroom support to course coordinators as appropriate based on experience, content expertise, and course requirements
Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy Program:
