Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our chiropractor, ensure a positive experience for patients, and help with the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You will be working hands on with patients during therapy . The role offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment where you'll play a vital role in helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals. This position will also include helping with prior authorizations and front desk. Hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30- 6:30 ish

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient treatments and therapies
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after each session
• Educate patient on treatments
• Help maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting ( preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient care quality

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 38.0 per week
