Responsibilities Assist in implementing individualized patient care plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Provide therapeutic treatments and modalities to patients in outpatient settings, focusing on orthopedics and geriatrics. Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately. Educate patients and their families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery. Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate discharge planning and ensure continuity of care. Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment while adhering to medical terminology and protocols.
