Job Description
Job Summary Miracles Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking 2 Full or Part Time Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants to join our team. We are a locally owned and operated outpatient orthopedic facility providing Physical/Occupational and Chiropractic services. We opened in 2008 and have grown to 3 clinics (Lafayette, Remington and Logansport). Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive treatment plans established by the referring PT. Educate patients and their families about their treatment and goals. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients. Maintain accurate documentation utilizing our clinical EMR on your company provided laptop. Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.
