Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Catholic Care Center - Bel Aire, KS Catholic Care Center in Bel Aire, Kansas is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated in-house therapy team . Our 159-bed community provides both short- and long-term rehabilitation services in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities under the direction of the supervising therapist Monitor patient progress and communicate updates or concerns to the therapy team Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety techniques Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care Support patients across a variety of settings, including primarily geriatric rehabilitation Qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Kansas PTA license (or eligibility) Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric settings preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Why Join Catholic Care Center?
