The position involves scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, greeting patients when they come in the door, managing the flow of the office, working with auto insurance and taking patient payments. An individual who loves to multi task, detail oriented and gets along well with others is a must. We work Monday-Thursday from 7:30 am to 6:30pm and Friday's from 8:30-12:00 noon with a 1 hour lunch break. Experience with ChiroTouch software is a appreciated but not required. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Responsibilities Assist in managing patient flow within the clinic, ensuring timely and efficient service. Maintain and update medical records accurately using Meditech or similar software. Handle phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and provide information to patients. Support the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments as needed. Manage office tasks including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining a clean workspace. Process patient intake forms and ensure all necessary information is collected for medical records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the clinic to provide comprehensive patient care. Assist with medical coding for insurance purposes as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a clinic or medical office setting is preferred. Familiarity with medical records management and office management practices. Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
