- How You'll Make an Impact
- As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will: + Deliver high-quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist + Follow and implement individualized Plans of Care to promote patient progress and safety + Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the Physical Therapist + Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safe use of assistive devices + Support patient independence through personalized home therapy programs + Uphold Elara Caring's mission, values, and standards of excellence _This role is physically active and may include lifting, transferring patients, and flexible scheduling as needed.
- What We're Looking For
- + Graduate of an
- accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- + •Current, unrestricted PTA license•in the state of practice + Minimum •6 months of PTA experience preferred•+ Willingness to travel within the coverage area (up to 50%) + Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance + Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and perform physical job duties •
