Essential Job Functions:
Greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Manages phone inquiries and practice email requests for appointments, and handles patient check-in and check-out processes. Responsible to verify insurance information, collect payments, and maintain patient records using office management software. Collaborate closely with chiropractors and other team members to coordinate patient flow and resolve scheduling conflicts. This role requires a balance of administrative duties and friendly customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. Organizing and implementing daily job duties and doctor's schedule. Multitasking with accuracy and in a timely manner a must. Go getter with positive, can do, success minded, attitude. Candidate should be passionate for helping people to get well naturally. Needs strong organizational skills, familiarity with front desk operations. Proficiency in practice management software, appointment scheduling systems, and basic billing or insurance processes is commonly required. Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm under pressure set standout candidates apart. These competencies are essential for creating a smooth, welcoming patient experience and ensuring efficient office operations. Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the practice.
