We take pride in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment where every team member makes a direct impact. Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The PTA works under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and deliver exceptional care across a diverse patient population. Responsibilities Implement physical therapy treatment plans as established by the supervising Physical Therapist Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities per the plan of care Monitor and document patient response to treatment; report changes in status to the supervising PT Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with the PT, front office, and interdisciplinary team Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment Uphold patient confidentiality per HIPAA standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited PTA program Current PTA license in KY — or eligibility to obtain prior to start date Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
