Job Description

Join Our Team as a Chiropractic Assistant! Are you passionate about holistic wellness and helping others achieve their health goals? We're looking for a dynamic, dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our thriving team in Louisville, KY. This role is a great fit if you have strong social media and marketing skills and love creating engaging content that connects with a community. A background or interest in exercise physiology, exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, or personal training is also a plus, since you'll occasionally help guide patients through exercises. You'll also be cross trained on front desk duties, making you a versatile and essential part of our team. If customer service, content creation, marketing, and wellness are your strengths, this could be the perfect next step in your career. Key Responsibilities Creating engaging, informative content for our social media platforms regularly, including reels, posts, educational clips, and patient stories Supporting marketing efforts and promoting our services throughout the community Orientating new patients to the practice, walking them through what to expect, our approach to care, and how to get the most out of their visits Cross training and supporting front desk operations, including patient check-in and check out, scheduling, and phone calls Assisting the doctors with notes and keeping medical records organized and up to date Managing the various day to day tasks and tangents that come up around the office to keep things running smoothly Inventory management, including tracking supplies, restocking, and placing orders as needed Assisting chiropractors during patient exercises and therapy sessions when needed, including demonstrating movements and coaching proper form Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients Required Skills and Qualifications Strong social media skills, including proficiency in managing platforms and creating engaging content on a consistent basis Marketing experience or a strong interest in promoting a brand and growing community engagement Strong customer service skills A genuine passion for health and wellness Strong organizational and administrative skills, including inventory tracking and record keeping Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when welcoming and orienting new patients Willingness to cross train on front desk duties and step in wherever the team needs support Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively Ability to be on your feet for multiple hours a day Background or interest in exercise physiology, exercise science, athletic training, personal training, or a related movement field is a plus Why Work With Us A supportive, collaborative work environment focused on personal and professional growth 4-day work week Opportunities for career advancement and skill development Competitive compensation and benefits package The chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and the community A culture rooted in wellness, movement, and positivity If you're ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a team dedicated to holistic wellness, we'd love to hear from you.
