Sign-On Bonus What You'll Do:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant , you'll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide skilled home health therapy services. The Physical Therapist Assistant will support treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist , monitor patient progress, document care, educate patients and families, and help improve mobility, function, and overall wellness.
What We're Looking For:
