Physical Therapist Tech Job Responsibilities :

Supports physical therapy care delivery by preparing treatment area, patient, equipment and materials; performing procedures, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist at our Downtown Louisville clinic location.

Physical Therapist Tech Job Duties :

Assist with sanitization of therapy equipment Improve communication and patient engagement Improve overall patient satisfaction Improve office communication between administration and therapy teams Assist with patient care and physical therapy treatment plan, including, but not limited to: Exercise instruction, Verbal cueing on ergonomics/postural techniques, Scheduling patients, Scanning appropriate documents into computer system, Issuing and fitting DME, Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Preferences:

Sports/Personal Training experience
