Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide rehabilitative services to patients with physical injuries or illnesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human anatomy and kinesiology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist the physical therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities Administer therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation Monitor and document patient progress Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers Maintain a clean and organized treatment area Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols Collaborate with the physical therapist to modify treatment plans as needed

Qualifications and Skills:
