We focus on helping our clients move better, perform better, and stay active long-term. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (per diem or part-time) who is looking to break into—or grow within—the outpatient orthopedic and sports performance space. This role is ideal for someone who values quality of care, enjoys working with active populations, and wants a more fulfilling, less stressful clinical environment. Schedule Requirements Availability for weeknight and/or weekend hours required Flexible scheduling based on availability What You'll Do Provide 1-on-1, uninterrupted care to each patient Evaluate and treat a diverse population of athletes and active individuals Utilize a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and movement analysis Build meaningful relationships with patients and guide them through long-term performance and recovery goals Preferred Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (or eligible) Experience or strong interest in working with athletes and active populations Background or interest in manual therapy techniques Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a high-quality care model Why D4 Physical Therapy?
