Physical Therapist Assistant On-Site Outpatient (Assisted Living Facility)

Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant role providing 1-on-1 care within a senior living community (Assisted Living Facility) in Millis, MA with minimal travel. $48/hour (per-visit compensation in an on-site outpatient setting) All patients are treated on-site Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the community-based caseload develops This is not traditional home health. All care is delivered within one community, allowing for an efficient schedule without excessive driving. You will provide outpatient-style care without the pressures of a high-volume clinic environment. What You'll Do Provide 1-on-1 outpatient treatment sessions in an on-site senior living community Reassess and update treatment plans as needed Communicate with patients, families, and the care team Complete documentation using a streamlined system Participate in supporting the integration of therapy services within the community through consistent clinical presence This role includes a ramp-up period as caseload develops through internal referrals within the community. You will play an active role in helping establish and grow the outpatient therapy presence through clinical care and relationship-building within the facility.
