Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Sandwich Up to $40 an hour with weekly pay. We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic care team! As a PTA, you will assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Education & Experience:

Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program CEU's per state licensure requirements Must possess a PTA license in the state, or be in the process of obtaining one New graduates welcome!

Duties & Responsibilities:

May perform additional assigned administrative duties as assigned by the Rehab Program Manager Under a physician's order provides direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care Contributes to the team meeting and decision-making process as defined by the program Consults with and trains patients, residents, and caregivers Monitors efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor Documents activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis Demonstrates consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations Participates in clinical program development and implementation Demonstrates ability for continuous new learning to remain current in the field May perform additional duties as requested by supervisor Participates in quality improvement activities
