Job Description

MAB Community Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who is compassionate, skilled, and motivated to support individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) as they work toward greater independence. This role offers meaningful, hands-on work in community-based settings where your expertise directly improves quality of life. Under the supervision of our Physical Therapy Program Manager , you'll deliver individualized physical therapy services to participants enrolled in the ABI/MFP waivers. Therapy takes place where it matters most— in participants' homes, in the community, and in real-life environments —allowing you to focus on functional outcomes and participant-driven goals. What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in Massachusetts (required) Strong knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy principles Experience with the ABI population preferred Outpatient and/or home care experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team 2+ years of PTA experience preferred Passion for advocating for participant mobility, independence, and dignity
