Physical Therapist Assistant

Growing Physical Therapy Company is currently looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide quality patient care at our Outpatient clinic located in Baltimore, MD. (Charles Street location)

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, by the Board of Medicine.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Benefits and Schedule:

Annual Salary $80,000

Great schedule

• Monday
• Friday 10 AM
• 6 PM, each week. Or, 4
• 10's Monday
• Thursday 8 AM
• 6 PM.

(Fridays off and closed on weekends)

Duties:

• Assist the physical therapist in providing treatment to patients with various musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the physical therapist.
• Monitor and record patient progress during treatment sessions.
• Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of therapy equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with the physical therapist to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment goals and progress.
