  • Boutique Physical Therapy Practice Full-Time | Daytime Hours | Supportive, Stable, Patient-Focused Environment We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly reliable Administrative Assistant to join our boutique physical therapy practice.
This is a professional, patient-centered environment where consistency, kindness, and attention to detail are truly valued. As the primary administrative team member, you will play a central role in keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring each patient has a welcoming, high-quality experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations with organization and professionalism Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain an efficient daily flow Answer phones with clarity, warmth, and professionalism Handle administrative responsibilities and adapt to the needs of the practice throughout the day Create a welcoming, attentive environment for patients
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional phone presence and strong computer proficiency Highly punctual with reliable transportation Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively Quick-thinking and comfortable working independently in a small office setting Ability to provide professional or academic references
Education & Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Open to candidates with strong potential; training will be provided Who Thrives in

This position is ideal who wants meaningful, real-world experience in a professional healthcare setting—whether you are between college and graduate school, attending evening classes, or exploring a future in healthcare (pre-med, pre-PT, pre-PA, nursing, etc.). We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, treats others with kindness and respect, and shows up on time every day ready to contribute. Reliability, work ethic, and how you interact with people are very important.
Compensation & Schedule:
$18.50
  • 20.00 per hour Two bonuses per year Annual merit-based increase in hourly pay Full-time (approximately 40 hours/week) Typical hours: 7:45 AM
  • 4:30 PM Position starts preferably in mid/late June This role offers a stable, consistent schedule , a genuinely supportive and respectful work environment, and the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a clinical setting without a high-stress atmosphere.
