Physical Therapist Assistant (Part-Time) Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness - Columbia, MD Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Columbia, MD. This is a part-time role focused on 100% direct patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting . We are a patient-centered clinic dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. Experience or interest in pelvic floor therapy is a plus , but not required. Qualifications Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current PTA license (or eligibility) in the state of Maryland CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred) Prior experience in an outpatient or healthcare setting (preferred, not required) Interest or experience in pelvic floor therapy (a plus, not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel) Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans in an outpatient orthopedic setting Communicate effectively with Physical Therapists and care coordinators to optimize patient outcomes Build rapport with patients to support engagement and recovery Apply appropriate manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization, as directed Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality standards

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
