3-month contract•possibility of extension

Hours:

Monday•Friday 8a-4:30p

Pay Range:

$40•42.50/hour•based on experience

Certification Required:

Yes•must be a state certified PTA Responsibilities include: Home Health PTA Follow scripts as written by provider Good Communication skills Patient education

Requirements Include:
