                  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Maryland (compact license accepted)
                  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a PTA in inpatient, home health, or mixed settings
                  • Demonstrated competence in gait training, therapeutic exercise, transfer and mobility training, and ADL support
                  • Ability to meet productivity requirements (28-32 points per week)
                  Preferred:
                  Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) software or similar electronic documentation systems
                  • Strong clinical documentation, communication, and patient education skills
                  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home health visitsPrimary Responsibilities
                  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services as planned, delegated, and supervised by the Physical Therapist in accordance with each patient's Plan of Treatment
                  • Deliver mobility restoration, gait training, balance and strengthening programs, and ADL retraining to inpatient and home health patients
                  • Regularly confer with the Physical Therapist regarding patient progress, treatment plan modifications, and discharge planning
                  • Accurately maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation in compliance with company, facility, and regulatory requirements (electronic charting)
                  • Assist with safe use, cleaning, and maintenance of therapy equipment and treatment areas; report equipment issues promptly
                  • Identify and recommend adaptive equipment to support patient safety and rehabilitation goals
                  • Ad to company policies, professional practice standards, HIPAA, and Code of Conduct
