Learn more about our partner at www.frederickhealth.org/ What We're Looking For A motivated PTA who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-first environment A clinician who values continuing education and professional growth Someone who believes in personalized, one-on-one care A team player who values long-term relationships with patients Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA program Licensed (or eligible) in Maryland BLS certification (American Heart Association) 1+ year of Home Health experience preferred (Inpatient or skilled nursing experience also considered) Proficiency with EMR systems Strong communication, time management, and flexibility Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services Accurately document care using a web-based EMR system Educate patients and families on treatment plans Meet clinical, departmental, and regulatory standards Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Benefits Include Medical/Prescription Dental
